in the vivarium

Liz and I managed to catch the tail end of the butterfly vivarium at the American Museum of Natural History. Though it was small there were still a surprising number of butterflies of many shapes, sizes and colors flitting about the place. I even had one land on my shoulder.

Fun fact, the ratio of moth species to butterflies is 9:1.
